hello, i’m

Daniella

Senior Graphic Designer

A creative professional specialising in branding, print, and digital design, with extensive marketing expertise, including managing social media accounts and websites to enhance brand presence and engagement.

I believe that every project is an opportunity to tell a story. Design is not just about aesthetics; it’s about creating a visual language that communicates ideas, evokes emotions, and connects with an audience on a deeper level and throughout my 12 years in the industry that’s exactly what my focus has been.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with three of the top visitor attractions in East Anglia, creating designs that enhance the visitor experience and encourage a truly memorable day out. From wayfinding signage and interactive displays to promotional materials, my designs are crafted to engage, inform, and inspire visitors of all ages. Each project has allowed me to combine my love for design with my passion for creating meaningful connections between people and the places they visit. Most recently my career has taken me towards retail where I have refined, enhanced or rebranded shopping centres around the country, as well as designing for their event campaigns.

My passion for brand identity, designing a website, or producing a marketing campaign, I strive to weave a narrative that is both visually striking and meaningful. I believe that great design doesn’t just look good – it speaks, it engages, and it tells a story that’s unforgettable. I thrive on being involved in every stage of the design and marketing process, from collaborating with a team to brainstorming innovative campaign ideas, to overseeing the successful execution of the final deliverables.

Throughout my 12 year career in Graphic Design, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects. However, my expertise extends beyond just design, as I also bring experience in the following areas:

• Management training
• Developing & designing campaigns and promotions, while evaluation the effectiveness of each medium
• Direct contact with external companies, from printers to the press
• Escorting celebrities and high-profile individuals around visitor attractions for the day to be their go-to for assistance
• Attending county shows to passionately promote and engage
• Creating & distributing email campaigns via MailChimp
• Supporting events from planning through to execution
• Designing & building WordPress websites, as well as regularly managing content updates
• Using my photography experience to take photographs for publicity material
• Creating video content for various mediums and further training received for video creation
• Working closely with other departments for collaboration
• Time management
• Fast working pace
• Management of a small team of designers including regular mentoring of interns to support them in their growth
• Managing & updating social media accounts and websites
• Training and use of Monday.com

… to name but a few!

But, on a personal level, I’m also a mum of two under 3, so I’m honing invaluable skills like crisis management (toddler tantrums), innovative problem-solving (getting them to nap simultaneously), and extreme multitasking (sipping coffee while building block towers). So, I guess I can add to my CV that I’m a master of controlled chaos with a sense of humour? I’m claiming it!

Since the pandemic, I’ve been working from home while balancing the demands of raising my children. My career and professional growth are incredibly important to me. I am committed to staying engaged, continuously evolving, and ensuring I don’t fall behind in my field. I strive to be at the top of my game and prove to myself and show my children that anything is possible.

If you would like to know more about me, I’d love to hear from you.
